"The Hamworthy club was the perfect place for our wedding reception!
The staff and manager could not have been more helpful. They checked everything was ok during the evening and asked us throughout if there was anything they could do. They helped set up the room, liased with our equipment company to arrange pick up the next day (which took a load off our backs and we could enjoy our evening without having to worry about anything!!) and helped move tables and set down etc.
It was an amazing atmosphere and everything ran so smoothly. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was!! It was delicious! They even provided children’s food which we hadn’t even thought about, oops! so it was a nice surprise to see the kids enjoying food they actually liked rather than our wedding menu! They cordoned off a part of the bar so our guests could escape the hustle and bustle (and even enjoy the football match that was on!) and we were all able to leave our cars in the secure car park over night and collect the next day!
We will be highly recommending the Hamworthy club to anyone that needs a function room. We wouldn’t have changed a thing and have no complaints whatsoever. A lovely friendly place that made our wedding just perfect at a great price! Thank you so so much!!"
