Welcome to the Hamworthy Club @Canford Magna
The Hamworthy Club is situated on approximately twenty acres of land just off the Magna Road (A341) at Canford Magna.
Formerly known as the Hamworthy Recreation Club until 2001, when a successful management buy-out from Hamworthy Engineering provided a thriving limited company now known as The Hamworthy Club Limited.
The Hamworthy Club enjoys national recognition and provides all your sport and leisure requirements, hosting a plethora of social, sports and entertainments events throughout the year.
Sporting activities include: Squash, Racquetball, Running (Club), 5 and 11-a-side Football teams and courts, 9 Hole Par 3 Golf Course, Petanque and Cricket throughout
Health & Fitness activities: Keep Fit, Ceroc, Ballroom, Latin classes all take place at the club. The gym is open to members and non-members, Cybex cardiovascular and resistance equipment.
Social activities includes: The club holds regular monthly Quiz nights on the 1st Sunday of the month.
Entertainment includes: Two large TV Screens in the Lounge bar show all the latest sporting events throughout theb year. Jazz is held every last Thursday of the Month. County & Western 3rd Saturday of the month and much much more…
